Data Analytics Specialist II

ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Data Analytics Specialist II, Ft Meade/NPB. The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Analyzing complex datasets and provides insights to support decision-making for the organization. 

• Using advanced analytical skills to gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data from various sources. 

• Requiring a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts and findings with stakeholders. 

• Taking direction from more senior personnel. 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 2 years of position specific relevant experience 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in software development and experience in an Agile development environment 

• Relevant industry standard certifications 

Security clearance requirement: 

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.   

Physical requirements: 

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. 

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. 

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
