In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement & integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance product offerings.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Perform research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability & efficiency.
• Produce clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of software engineering, including version control, code testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Regularly assess the performance and impact of AI solutions.
• Work with Python, LLM/GenAI frameworks & tools AI/ML end-to-end solutions developing
• CI/CD pipelines development, LLM model containerizing and deployment on cloud or premise. Models testing and follow-up maintenance. All stages of ML model life cycle ensuring and support.
• Design prototypes and POCs to demonstrate solution feasibility and value. Provide architecture solutions.
• Research, design, build, and train innovative applications of LLMs to solve complex real-world problems.
• Provide technical guidance for Amadeus internal end users adopting LLM technologies.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in most of the above areas is necessary. The person should be interested and passionate towards collaboration.

About the ideal candidate

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 04+ years of experience with hands-on development.
• Experience with the deployment and advocacy of AI products.

Skill set that you must have

Primary skills:

• Expertise in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, C++, and Java.
• Strong software engineering skills, including version control (e.g., Git), code testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Ability to write/convert technical documentation with diagrams, flowcharts and able to translate technical jargon into simple terms for explanatory purposes.

Secondary skills:

• Familiar with Security and Compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of Quality processes.
• Knowledge of Agile & SAFe methodologies would be a bonus.

Business skills

• Excellent communication with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams and governance bodies.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct research independently, learn & adapt quickly.
• Can handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
