ISS STOXX is actively hiring a Business Intelligence Developer for Mumbai (Goregaon East) location.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SQL, business intelligence tools, visualization libraries and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes, underlying data architecture and design/redesign, develop/refactor/migrate/upgrade business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Microsoft SQL Server – Authoring high quality T-SQL programs.
• Provide technical support to business users of above systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and work on different technologies and tools.

. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Overall ~3-5 years of experience working on SQL and BI tools - SSRS, Sisense, python libraries.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency is writing complex, dynamic SQL queries, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Willingness to work on multiple BI tools and data visualization libraries for dashboard and reports development.
• Familiarity with programming languages like python.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment.
• Flexible and willing to work in 11/12 to 8/9 pm timings.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry/data.
• Experience in Java script/.NET.
• Experience in React development.
• Maintain a proactive focus on fostering business growth by recommending innovative solutions.
• Basic familiarity with development methods and processes such as Agile Scrum.
