A career within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

As a part of our team, you’ll help assist engagement teams in the areas of resource management, learning and development, human capital, reporting, technology and innovation, and quality and compliance.

The Assurance Clients & Markets (C&M) team consists of professionals focused on marketing, business development and client pursuit. A career in this team within Assurance offers the opportunity to drive the growth of the Assurance business and implement our strategy through meaningful data insights, actionable customer and competitor analysis, and effective use of our CRM system. 

In this role, you will support the Assurance business with monitoring data integrity and ensuring compliance with engagement policies through building and maintaining strategic dashboards, ensuring accurate data reporting, and coordinating with teams to update the data they input onto the platform. As a Salesforce subject matter expert, you’ll provide day-to-day support, facilitate training sessions, and upskill colleagues across Assurance. 

Collaborating with other areas of the Firm and colleagues across the Middle East, you'll ensure that CRM initiatives align with both the Assurance and overall PwC strategy.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data by coordinating with teams and monitoring key metrics

  • Generate and maintain reports/dashboards to track Salesforce usage and performance

  • Provide training and support to teams on Salesforce best practices and platform updates

  • Assist with data validation tasks and monitoring of compliance to company policies

  • Provide support to other teams on Salesforce-related projects and reporting

  • Act as a Salesforce champion, offering day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues, with potential to expand role to include coordinating broader networks of champion

  • Report data inconsistencies to and collaborate with Central Salesforce team to find solutions to any technical issues that arise

  • Provide general support to the Assurance C&M team, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed

  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the Middle East firm (and Global where there are cross-network opportunities) and across all lines of service

  • Assist with formatting content and ensure all produced content is in accordance with the PwC brand

  • Identify areas of continuous personal development and technical upskilling

  • Be curious and identify areas for improvement in processes within the Assurance C&M team

The selected candidate will be upskilled in the use of Salesforce.

 Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and natural flair for handling data

  • Willingness and potential to be upskilled digitally on various platforms, including Salesforce

  • Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis 

  • Ability to work independently and with discipline, particularly in a remote setting

  • Experience working with diverse teams and effective communication skills to achieve results in a timely manner

  • Ability to prioritize workload, remaining resilient under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines

  • An eye for detail

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any technical specialization is preferred

  • Years of experience: 1-2 years, preferably within a professional services environment

  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English. Multilingual Arabic speaker is a plus

  • Technical skills: Proven skills in programmes such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google tools (Sheets, docs, slides, etc.)

  • Additional Skills: Creativity and/or design skills are a plus. Knowledge of tools such as TCRM, Power BI, and/or Alteryx is advantageous.
