About the job

Master data specialist is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of the master data in the system.

Your tasks

• Responsible for creation, validation and changes in SAP master data
• Creations of new FUN, BOM and routings (production plan) in system according to customer requirements
• Coordinates, validates and periodically maintains the current master data settings
• Controls main cause in case of insufficient data quality
• Performs system monitoring and provides activities related to user management
• Responsible for quality, consistency and accuracy of master data
• Prepare and initiate mass changes in SAP
• Cooperates on relevant projects
• Cooperates on problem solving initiatives
• Cooperates with Global Production management on update of Global product portfolio
• During the development until the launch of the new products, prepares and maintains up-to-date product information and provides it to business partners as part of new product introduction workflow
• Ensures consistency of data between SAP and related production systems. Like (output tracker, OEE, RMS (recipe management system), other relevant systems)
• Moderates change management meetings, coordinates changes and ensures relevant implementation in systems
• Cooperates on internal audits (5S, Safety observations,…)
• Furter work according to the instructions of the superior
• Team member of projects.

Requirements

• SAP production module expert user
• MS suit advance knowledge (main focus on excel)
• Change management knowledge
• Ability to lead a project team
• Ability to moderate meetings
• Ability to learn fast
• Ability to solve problems
• Creativity and innovation
• Pro-customer orientation, team player
• Willingness to cooperate and share information
• Ability to organize a work
• Flexibility, independence and emotional stability
• Overview and understanding of the organization´s operational processes
• 5y of SAP production module
• Higher education in Engineering, Economics,..
• Fluent English and Slovak (written and spoken)
