Job Description

At Danfoss in Hamburg we're looking for working student (m/f/d) who are committed to our cause of saving energy and reducing food waste through digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

During your work as a working student, you will support different tasks: 

 

  • Developing Data classifications and data catalogs
  • Learn and help develop data pipelines and data products
  • Ensuring great code quality that helps our customers solve real world problems

For this position, you are studying in the field of system simulation, data engineer or data science. In addition, you have:

 

  • Understanding of software engineering principles: scalability, extensibility, readability, testability etc.  
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience in any of the Data orchestration tools Mage, Airflow, Dagster etc.
  • Familiarity with Stream processing platforms like Kafka, Flink, Benthos or similar could be a plus
  • Familiarity with designing and developing data lakes
