Become an Outcoder as a PySpark Developer

The PySpark Developer will be responsible for the development and optimization of data processing systems using PySpark within our big data platform. This role requires deep expertise in data engineering, modern data processing technology stacks, and experience with real-time and low-latency data processing.

What you’ll need to be successful:

4-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data platform development.

Expertise in Python, PySpark, and other Hadoop ecosystem technologies such as HBase and Hive.

Strong experience in Unix commands and shell scripting.

Deep understanding of streaming data architectures and technologies for real-time and low-latency data processing.

Proficiency in multi-process architecture and understanding of threading limitations in Python.

Experience with agile development methodologies and practices.

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) theory and application.

Experience with NoSQL technologies is a plus.

Passion for software craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
