Business Intelligence Architect/Developer

The Business Intelligence Architect/Developer will play a key role in designing and implementing robust BI solutions that meet the analytical needs of the organization. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. You will lead the development of data models, ETL processes, and ensure data quality across various reporting platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about data analytics and has a strong understanding of BI technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·         5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles

·         Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and SQL

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·         Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

·         Ability to gather and analyze requirements effectively from stakeholders

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-directed

·         Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
