At Globant Gut, we are looking for a semi-senior person in Marketing Data Analytics to join our team in the position of Data, Analytics & Martech Analyst.

If you are passionate about data analysis to turn it into meaningful information that drives strategic marketing decisions, we are looking for you. We seek a talented and motivated analyst to be part of the Data, Analytics & Martech team, who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our clients' retail media and e-commerce operations to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that contribute directly to their strategic decision-making.

 

You will get the chance to:

  • Work closely with retail media and e-commerce teams to understand their priorities and analytical needs.
  • Create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into insights. Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Track key business metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support executive decision-making.
  • Help stakeholders identify new opportunities through data analysis.
  • Segmentation to personalize marketing campaigns.
  • Classify, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in sales, customer, product, and channel data.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to provide timely and practical recommendations 
  • based on the results of executed actions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis within the marketing and e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Generate quantitative and qualitative analyses focused on marketing research and different research techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales data, identifying trends, competitors, sentiments, and consumer insights that are relevant to the brand, industry, and target audience.
  • Monitor online conversations and sentiment analysis.
  • Develop quantitative research to understand brand, product, competition, and audiences.
  • Combine reporting, search, listening, and market study methodologies to develop campaign strategies.
  • Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and objectives to measure the effectiveness and impact of our clients' various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and client stakeholders to align data analysis and research activities with the client's strategic objectives.

 

What will help you suceed:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, and related data analysis.
  • Understanding and interest in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Content, Advertising, consumer behavior in media, and global economic trends.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience in building analyses and reports with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic-intermediate experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • Basic SQL queries, conditions, and data cleaning processes is a plus!
  • Experience with data platforms focused on digital marketing (Emplifi, Semrush, Supermetrics, Dataslayer, etc.) is a plus!
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, MySQL, etc. is a plus!
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc. is a plus!
