The Assistant/Associate Professor - Analytics to teach undergraduate business analytics courses such as introduction to business analytics, advanced business analytics, business decision making, financial analytics, management decision support systems, business analytics and research, and senior research for the Gerrish School of Business. The faculty member also advises students, participates in accreditation processes, engages in professional scholarship or development, assists in the development of internship relationships and student opportunities, and participates in school and college-wide service. They will teach courses and advise students for two semesters.

Looking to onboard faculty member as soon as practical.

Responsibilities include:

• Teach eight courses per academic year (four in both the fall and spring semesters). 
• Advise up to 25 students.
• Participates in accreditation processes.
• Engage in professional development, scholarship, research, and/or publishing.
• Assist in curriculum development.
• Participates in school and college service.
• Attend school and college meetings.
• Maintain and post regular office hours.
• Perform other duties as required and as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Endicott College Faculty Association (ECFA) and Endicott College.

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Evidence of professional experience and/or ongoing scholarly activities (e.g. research, publications and presentations.) that enhance teaching and deepen knowledge base in subject areas. 
• Experience in use of computer technologies especially business simulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new software for use in business/data analytics and business academic programs
• Experience in curriculum development preferred.
• Preferred experience with R, Python, SQL and other related programming
• College-level teaching experience.
• Desire to work in a student – centered, teaching focused institution.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
