Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en analyse de données pour la customisation de la cabine de la famille A320 (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus avions commerciaux sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin du Touch. Vous rejoindrez le département « A320 Cabin Definition Management» en charge de customisation de la cabine pour le programme A320.

Votre stage consistera à supporter les activités d’analyse de données pour la gestion de la performance de l’équipe en charge de la définition des cabines. Ceci inclut (mais n’est pas limité à):

• Capturer les besoin de reporting et les indicateur clés associés pour les Cabin Customization Managers (personnes en charge de la définition cabine avec les compagnies aériennes)  et pour l’équipe de management

• Comprendre l’écosystème de donnée manipulées par le secteur

• Maquetter des solutions

• Industrialiser des solutions dans l'environnement Skywise (outil Airbus).

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025  

(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes: 

• Développement d’un état d’esprit orienté données au sein du département.

• Promotion des initiative autour de l’analyse de donnée au sein du département au delà du périmètre.

• Participation à la définition d’une ontologie pour le programme A320.

​​Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Gestion de projet en méthode Agile.

• Connaissance détaillée de l’activité de customisation d’avion.

• Soft skills tels que communication et gestion des interlocuteurs. 

Votre carte d’embarquement : 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de Analyse de données ou science de données ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

• Une première expérience en gestion de projet 

• Une très bonne connaissance de la programmation en langage Python (préférablement sur les environnement Pandas ou Apache Spark) 

• Des connaissance en SQL, HTML et CSS sont un plus 

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail multiculturel et international

• Rigueur, autonomie et fortes capacités à convaincre.

Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

• Anglais : négociation

• Français : élémentaire

We offer an internship named «Internship Data analytics for A320 Family cabin customization (f/m) » at Airbus commercial aircraft in site Saint Martin du Touch. 

You will join the "A320 Cabin Definition Management" department in charge of Cabin customization for A320 Family programme. 

Your internship will consist in: supporting data analytics activities for business performance management of the cabin definition team. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Capturing dashboarding needs from Cabin Customization Managers and Management team

• Understanding business data ecosystem

• Prototyping of solutions

• Industrialization of solutions in Skywise environment (Airbus tool)

 Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities: 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

You will contribute to the following: 

• Development of data-centric mindset in cabin customization department

• Promote data analytics initiatives in cabin customization beyond department perimeter

• Definition of an overall data ontology for A320 Programme.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

• Project Management with Agile methodology

• In depth knowledge on Aircraft customization activities

• Soft skills such as communication, stakeholder management.

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Data analytics or data science (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences: 

• Basic knowledge of project management

• Good knowledge of Python programming (preferably on Pandas or Apache Spark)

• Knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS is a plus

• Data exploration and quality monitoring mindset

• Able to cope with multicultural and international working environment

• Rigorous, autonomous and with good interpersonal and communication skills

Language skills: 

French : Elementary 

English : Negotiation
