What you'll be doing:

Develop, automate and maintain Omnichannel data pipelines
Provide comprehensive data for Omnichannel performance tracking and analytics insights. Key influencers / Partnerships:
Support Head of Omnichannel Analytics with data needed
Strong relationships with the Global Omnichannel transformation team
Work with IT and Data Operations teams to ensure solutions are comprehensive and aligned with data strategy

Key responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities

 

1.Analytics solution development: Design and implement analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing data systems. Develop and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
2.Performance monitoring and Reporting: Engineer data models to track KPIs and performance metrics. Automate data processing for real-time dashboard and report generation.
3.Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Omnichannel, IT, and analytics teams to ensure Omnichannel team needs in data are met. 
4.Data Infrastructure Enhancement: Ensure efficient data flow and access to support analytics initiatives. Provide technical expertise to enhance data integration and workflow automation.
5.Efficient Data Handling and Segmentation: Develop methods for effective data extraction and segmentation to facilitate improved customer engagement
6.Connecting to new Data sources: Together with the IT team, create connectors to new sources for ETL tools and future base data solutions to provide greater AI developments across all channels and platforms.
7.Data Security and GDPR: Knowledge of compliance requirements

 

Essential Skills:

 

1.Several years of expertise with ETL tools and practices, AWS Glue in particular
2.Proven ability to design and optimise data pipelines and architectures for large-scale data
3.In-depth knowledge of SQL and strong programming skills with proficiency in languages like Python
4.Strong experience with data strategy and modelling
5.Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
6.Proactive problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
7.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions
8.Strong exploratory skills and agility

 

Preferred Skills:

 

1.In-depth knowledge of Terraform
2.Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
