Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise on emerging technologies, including
AI, Blockchain, Advanced Robotics, IoT, Cloud, Computing, etc.
• Work closely with the Government to identify their emerging
technologies needs, develop solutions, and provide guidance on
implementation and adoption.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay up to date on emerging
technologies trends and best practices.
• Develop technical proposals and presentations to communicate
solutions to Government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop
and deliver emerging technologies projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the
implementation of emerging technologies solutions.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for stakeholders on
emerging technologies best practices.
• Collaborate with international organizations and agencies on
emerging technologies projects related to the Government.
• Willingness to travel

Mandatory skill sets:  Excellent MS Power Point skills is a must

 MS Excel
 Data Analytics and Machine Learning
 Python and its libraries
 Latest trends in LLM Technologies like ChatGPT, LLAMA, Mistral,
Gemini etc.
 Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV
etc.
 Blockchain applications: Hyperledger Fabric / Ethereum / EVM
architecture chains etc.
 IoT: Fair understanding of different sensors/micro-controllers like
ZigBee Wi-Fi etc. Rapid prototyping using Raspberry Pi etc.

Education qualification:  Post-Graduation: master’s degree in technology (in Computer
Science/Information Technology, or a related field) OR
 Graduation: bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science/ Information
Technology, or a related field)
 Candidates with Ph.D. in related fields or Relevant
License/Certification/Designation are preferred.
