II - Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. This role requires strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English, and experience in business analysis and project management. As a Senior Business Analyst at New Mind AI, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into functional specifications for AI solutions, collaborating with various departments to understand their data requirements and translate those needs into actionable insights. This involves identifying opportunities to improve business processes using AI, analyzing current processes to identify areas where AI can be implemented to enhance efficiency, accuracy, or decision-making; developing and managing AI projects, working closely with the AI development team to define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the successful execution of AI projects within stipulated parameters; working with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet their needs, communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring their understanding and alignment with project goals; and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in AI, remaining informed about the latest AI technologies, best practices, and potential applications in the business world. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and reporting on key business metrics, collecting, analyzing, and reporting on relevant business data to provide insights for decision-making; developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, creating visual representations of data to track performance against goals and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration across different teams, building cross-functional partnerships, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, data scientists, and clients; and collaborating with various teams to drive initiatives, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals and implement new initiatives. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and potential opportunities, maintaining competitive market knowledge, conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for New Mind AI; and providing strategic recommendations, sharing insights and providing strategic recommendations to the management team based on market analysis and industry trends.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

(i) Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. (ii) Product Management: Work closely with product teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. (iii) Track and Report Data: Collect, analyze, and report on key business metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against goals and identify areas for improvement. (iv) Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to drive initiatives, share knowledge, and achieve common goals. (v) Maintain Competitive Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide strategic recommendations to the management team.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

(i) Project Management: Oversee and manage various AI-driven projects from their initiation to completion, guaranteeing that they are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and within budget. Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth project execution, addressing any issues that may arise throughout the project life cycle. Actively participate in project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, ensuring that potential challenges are identified and addressed proactively. Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, utilizing industry best practices and tools to ensure efficient project delivery. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. (ii) Product Management: Collaborate closely with product teams to define comprehensive product requirements, ensuring they align with both business objectives and user needs. Develop detailed product roadmaps, outlining the product development strategy, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring a clear vision for product evolution. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential product opportunities and threats, ensuring that product development aligns with market trends and user expectations. Participate in product launch activities, ensuring that products are effectively introduced to the market and meet customer needs. Monitor product performance closely, gathering and analyzing feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancement. (iii) Track and Report Data: Collect, analyze, and report on key business metrics related to the performance of AI solutions and products. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making, utilizing various data visualization tools and techniques. Identify trends and patterns in data, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization within the company's AI-driven operations. Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, ensuring they understand the implications of key metrics and can make informed decisions. Develop and implement data governance procedures, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all data collected and analyzed. (iv) Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, data scientists, legal experts, and clients. Facilitate collaborative efforts across different departments and teams, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing to achieve common goals. Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation within the organization. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating understanding and cooperation to ensure effective project delivery. Proactively engage with external stakeholders, building strategic partnerships and fostering a positive brand image for New Mind AI. (v) Maintain Competitive Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field of AI and its applications within the business world. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring that New Mind AI remains competitive in the evolving AI landscape. Monitor competitor activities, analyzing their strategies and innovations to identify potential areas for improvement and differentiation for New Mind AI. Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on market analysis and competitor insights, ensuring that the company makes informed decisions to maintain its market leadership.

IV - What Is Required from You?

(i) Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may also be considered. (ii) Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Analysis related roles is required. Experience in the management of outsourced projects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with external teams, is preferred. (iii) Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting, showcasing the ability to extract meaningful insights from data is essential. A strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles, enabling the effective structuring and management of data, is expected. Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, enabling the effective presentation of data-driven insights, is also required. (iv) Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of data mining techniques and methodologies, enabling the extraction of valuable insights from large datasets, is crucial. Knowledge of various business intelligence tools and platforms, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense, is essential. Familiarity with AI technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their potential applications within a business context, is expected. (v) Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required, enabling effective communication and data presentation. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills are expected, enabling the clear and concise communication of complex ideas to diverse audiences. (vi) Language: Strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English is required, enabling effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. (vii) Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills, is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex business challenges, are essential.
