Temporary Part Time Hourly Data Analyst (Nursing)

Summary:

• Under supervision, types and also performs routine, repetitive, data entry, data analyzation,  and any other related duties as required for management of the Health and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant funding.

Job Duties:

• Work with HRSA EHBs system and other standalone systems
• Provide and maintain accurate Excel reports for data collection and analysis
• Review and organize data in the HRSA EHBs system to ensure quality of the content
• Assist HRSA Program Director with narrative in HRSA EHBS system
• Maintain confidentiality regarding HRSA grant awards
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and the ability to operate Windows Office software applications
• Knowledge of integrated information systems such as Cognos-proxy and Banner Finance
• Attention to detail a must
• Work independently and with a team

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Hours:

• This temporary, part-time position is assigned no more than twenty-five (25) hours per week. Work is is contingent upon budget appropriations.
