With 200 staff in five countries, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023.

About The Role

This role develops reporting across Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, informs Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership with KPI data, and enhances revenue analysis with operational detail. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and help streamline business processes.

What You'll Do

• Build and own user-friendly dashboards to support our Salespeople, Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers.
• Manage data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver KPI reports for GTM leadership globally, ensuring data is accurate and accessible.
• Collaborate with Finance to translate budgets into individual targets and enhance revenue forecasting.
• Continuously improve reporting and data with a high degree of independence.

What You'll Need

• Advanced proficiency SQL and Google Sheets (or Excel),
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Sisense Fusion.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience working within fast-paced tech startups.
• Knowledge of GTM reporting in similar businesses.
