The Middle BI Analyst will analyze data to help improve business performance. They will provide insights and feedback to the growth team and management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use statistical tools to provide actionable insights
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, summarizing key findings and making data-driven recommendations for improving payment processes and business performance
• Work with other teams to find and fix inefficiencies in current workflows, suggesting ways to make operations more effective
• Review the user journey to identify weak points or areas that need improvement, focusing on product performance and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in using tools such as SQL, and statistical software such as R or Python
• Experience with Power BI: Data analyst level (ETL, data visualizations). Advanced DAX, M language as a plus.
