Trust and Safety Analyst, User Feedback

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  
• Experience working with SQL, coLaboratory, Python.
  
• Experience in data analysis and working with datasets or LLMs.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant field.
  
• Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
  
• Experience with machine learning.
  
• Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

In this role, you will analyze User feedback to identify opportunities of improving Policy enforcement on Google Ads. We value User and implement solutions to improve coverage, extract value for the feedback (i.e., Enforcement leads and opportunities to improve our policy coverage, LLM/models to identify actionable opportunities) and build solutions to make user accessible to product and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between business objectives and business systems, including designing and building strategies that support these business systems.
  
• Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver within relevant product areas, including analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions that improve business performance.
  
• Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, important organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
  
• Perform complex data analyses to derive insights that help identify and fight abuse across our products.
  
• Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive/sensitive content during the course of this role.
