We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Integration Data Architect for our SAP S4 transformation program. This position can be located in Waltham, MA or Brooklyn, NY (candidates may also reside in either Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). What you'll do

 

As a Data & Integration Architect, you'll help shape the design of the data and integration landscape across multiple large business transformation programs. You'll play a crucial role in our large-scale SAP ECC to S4 transformation, which is linked to an HR transformation program running concurrently. Key responsibilities include the following: 

 

  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions for the SAP ECC to S4 transformation project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture aligns with business objectives and requirements to help build out the EDM (Enterprise Data Model).
  • Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address data-related issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in the development and execution of data migration strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and SAP technologies.
     

About you

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, preferably in large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
  • Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management.
  • Experience with HR transformation projects (SuccessFactors).

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure in our service territory (NY & MA and adjacent states) where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed.  Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.  We work with our employees to foster a flexible work schedule.

Salary

Dowstate NY $158,000 - $186,000 a year

Massachusetts $148,000 - $174,000 a year

Salary is commensurate with experience and location

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
