Your Job

As a Data Analyst for the DSS Division – Operation Strategy, you will be responsible for data analytics including, but not limited to, capacity planning, floor space mapping, work automation, and database management. Your work will drive capacity mapping/planning and floor space optimization initiatives in DSS plants through leading cross-functional teams. Your objective is to streamline data collection processes, automate business processes, and support long-term profitable growth by developing and maintaining databases and data systems. 

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply along with experienced individuals.

Our Team

You will be reporting to the Manager of Digitalization and Data Analytics. You will interact with internal and external contacts, including executive-level professionals such as VPs, Directors, Plant Leaders, Finance, Operation Excellence leaders, Planners, and Industrial Engineers.

What You Will Do

• Drive Capacity mapping/planning and Floor space optimization initiatives in DSS plants thru leading of cross functional team/s
• Streamlining data collection processes and automating business processes
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems and Analytic needs of the Supply Chain group to support long term profitable growth.
• Extracting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources using automated tools in order to investigate complex business problems
• Prepare Analysis and/or develop reporting capabilities to help drive long term value creation or cost reduction effort.
• Identify Cost Saving, Profitable Growth opportunities Improving efficiency, understanding Division/plants/Customer needs, through data visualization and insight from complex and big data available
• Provide guidance or training to the relevant parties on usage of new Analytic or digital transformation tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to influence without authority and demonstrate project or team leadership.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Excel (Pivot Tables and advanced report writing).

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Program or project management experience.
• Familiarity with big data tools/technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP Bex, SQL, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, statistical analysis tools, Power Automate, Snowflake, and programming languages like SQL or Python.
