About Trust & Safety
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

About the team
The Linguistic Intelligence team is responsible for undertaking language-related annotation projects, specialising in large-volume data annotation supporting multi-language model development, cross-language understanding, language identification and language research.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
- Responsible for team management, talent recruiting, team coaching, collaboration, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to expand business, including new requirement evaluation, project strategic planning, resource coordination, and work towards project launching and successful delivery.
- Support and monitor project operations, negotiating with the product and algorithm team, driving the execution of projects, and supporting quality improvement and risk mitigation by analyzing data effectively.
- Support the team to work closely with the demand side to develop and optimize labeling guidelines and SOPs to ensure data quality & delivery and better support project implementation and model fine-tuning.
- Continuously optimize project workflows and processes to enhance quality management, process management, platform optimization, and risk management.
- Understand various business models and their development characteristics, enabling efficient and agile management, and the establishment of a highly effective team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Min 2 years of regional team management experience
- Proven end-to-end project management experience in the AI Generated Content, Large Language Model, Data Annotation Projects
- Proven experience in Regional/Global cross-functional stakeholder management
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
- A strong understanding of project quality management and data analysis experience
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.

Preferred Qualifications
- A strong understanding of various project management methodologies and usage of project management tools is highly preferred
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
