Sr. Intelligence Analyst

As a Sr. Intelligence Analyst, you will assess information, provide judgments, and make recommendations to support our ability to take action to mitigate threats. Your knowledge, recommendations, and strategies will help identify and combat threats, and you'll utilize networks to help mitigate risks before they are realized. You'll be involved in the integration and evaluation of all available data, and the preparation of intelligence products, including quickly developed single-source, event-oriented reports, and longer-term all-source and intelligence studies. Your duties will also include gathering intelligence data, assessing and validating the intelligence, preparing intelligence reports and briefings, creating new records and files, and updating existing intelligence files.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
• A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Prior Signals Intelligence, All Source Intelligence Experience, or Cyber Experience
• Desire to learn innovative methods and technical skills to analyze large volumes of data
• Experience building intelligence products using multiple sources
• Experience using Multi-INT fusion (OSINT, SIGINT, Imagery, Cyber) to build full scope analytical products
• Knowledge of the various roles and responsibilities of the U.S. intelligence community organizations
• Experience or interest in SQL, Python or other data science languages and tools
• Current active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility required prior to start

Preferred:

• Background with US Military Intelligence and/or the US Intelligence Community doctrine
• Experience in tasking, collection, processing, and dissemination activities either as a collection manager or analyst
• Strong background with use of exploitation, data visualization and mapping tools
• Create and identify Intellectual Property, including patents and trade secrets
• Formal intelligence training in a military or USGOV program

This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
