What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Data Strategy, the Sr. Manager Data Products will be responsible for supporting the multi-year roadmap for data modernization for digital & direct marketing. You will lead the Data Products & data enhancement roadmap to enable the adoption and transition of Marketing use-cases to cloud. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the Marketing team to define the use-case, data requirements, and maintain a backlog of deliverables. You will work together with data engineers and analysts to prioritize data asset implementation and releases. You will be considered the go-to person for democratization of data across Marketing. You will also support the end-to-end delivery of key data programs, participate in program scoping, engage in requirement discovery, and work with program management to ensure successful delivery.

How you'll succeed

  • Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog - Working with marketing stakeholders, data operations, analytics, and strategy planning to develop a data product vision to support marketing data modernization. You will manage implementation, testing and release , monitor scope / schedule / budget and ensure the best deliverables are met.
  • Business Acumen - Strong business acumen and you can connect the dots between multiple data programs, dependencies and desired outcome. You are able to simplify and able to present a clear roadmap to inform path to delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and Analytical Thinking: Play a proactive role in seeking for resolutions to  issues and roadblocks along the program lifecycle. Ability to identify and ensure right stakeholders are engaged in conversations to resolve outstanding items. You ask the right questions to prove
  • Accountability: Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet handle multiple programs, managing deliverable deadlines.

Who you are

  • You demonstrate experience in: Demonstrate 3 years+ of experience in breadth of fields related to marketing technology, ad-tech, analytics, etc. Experience with various marketing technology stack (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, eCRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) would be an asset. Knowledge of database marketing, analytics and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an asset
