Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance for analysis.
• Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess raw data to prepare it for analysis, addressing issues such as missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct EDA to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data using statistical techniques and visualization tools.
• Model Development: Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems and predict future outcomes.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Data Visualization: Create informative visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align data projects with business objectives and ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and industry best practices to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
