About the Role

Reporting is descriptive - financial information or information about business specific processes or requirements, using reporting tools (eg Qlikview, PowerBI).

What will your day look like?

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that inform strategies against financial crimes.
• Data Engineering: Engineer robust data pipelines that support scalable ML/AI models.
• Data Science: Develop innovative ML/AI solutions that enhance detection capabilities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes.
• Advocacy: Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organization regarding new technologies.
• Mentorship: Mentor team members on best practices in data handling and model creation.

What will you bring?

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist within large-scale technology programs; financial services industry preferred.
• Expertise across ML/AI frameworks; familiarity with GCP is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in delivering actionable insights through complex analyses.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating technical findings into strategic business recommendations.
