The Corporate Technology team develops applications and provide technology support for all corporate functions across network. The application will cover the complete financial spectrum and across all divisions as Compliance, Legal, Audit Trade Surveillance and Anti-Money Laundering through data science and machine learning techniques.

As an Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Sr Associate within the Corporate Oversight and Governance Technology team, you will serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical data science and analytical solutions with a keen functional understanding of the business problem across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Work as an advisor on optimal solutions and opining on challenger models.
  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Solving challenging business problems such as Anti-Money Laundering and Surveillance through data science and machine learning techniques across Risk, Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in applied AI/ML engineering, with a track record of developing and deploying business critical machine learning models in production.
  • Experience with practical expertise with Machine Learning, both supervised and unsupervised.  
  • Experience across broad range of modern analytic and data tools, like  Python/Anaconda/R, XGBoost, Tensorflow, Keras, Spark, Hive and SQL.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to operationalize Machine Learning models.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with the financial services industries.
  • Advanced ML Techniques and ability to work on NLP / Deep Learning Algorithms.
  • Knowledge on Large Language Model(s).
  • Presentation/Communication Skills.
