You will drive engagement strategy with internal stakeholders to promulgate EMA's AI strategy for EMA's central corporate functions. You will leverage agile, data-driven, data technologies and AI to develop integrated and innovative solutions to advance EMA's corporate services and meet EMA's strategic goals against the backdrop of an evolving energy landscape. You will lead key transformation projects to improve operational efficiency, build internal capabilities, and enhance citizen and stakeholder engagements for EMA.

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the officer include:
- Lead cross-function teams to develop proof-of-concept (POC) and implement AI or digital solutions for identified transformation projects.
- Develop an AI Ecosystem to support and enable quick deployment of AI or Generative AI use cases for EMA.
- Project management to ensure identified transformation projects are developed with comprehensive project implementation plan, on budget and in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of expectations and objectives across multiple departments or divisions. This includes user journey development, change management, education and awareness building.
- Provide technical expertise on the technical feasibility of various solutions and drafting of required specifications for identified transformation projects. This includes providing domain knowledge in AI or Gen AI and software development lifecycle for maintenance of POCs or productionised solutions.
- Identify and collaborate with external partners and experts on project lifecycle from research and development to deployment of POCs or productionised solutions.
- Stay updated and contributed to the latest advancements in AI research, applying new findings to ongoing projects or use cases.

Requirements:
- Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with substantial quantitative content.
- Relevant working experience, especially in driving transformation or digital projects; as well as strong knowledge of data architecture and cloud technologies, AI, Generative AI and various large language models.
- Knowledge/experience in digital solutions for corporate functions like finance, communications, human resources, legal, etc. would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in (i) developing budget/forecast model and financial model that support strategic initiatives; and (ii) implementing business intelligence tool(s)/ dashboards with drill-down and reporting capabilities to monitor utilisation and performance indicators and identify causes of variances will be highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills with clear communications (both verbal and written) are critical for this position.

This is a 3-year contract role.
