What You’ll Do
Telstra InfraCo’ s – Operations and Asset Management oversees Telstra’s operations and asset management functions.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business problems, translating the business needs into actionable insights, and undertake relevant reporting solutions following an Agile framework.
Produce clear and concise reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
Build, automate and maintain complex analytics on performance management to identify opportunities and risks and maximise performance for business areas.
Analyse complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights using various data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Power BI, R/Python.
Perform in-depth quantitative analysis, articulate complex data patterns using descriptive analysis, and prepare data using statistical models for use in predictive/prescriptive analysis.
Build and maintain data pipelines for comprehensive reporting solution, ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained.
Develop solutions using Power Platform such as Flows, PowerApps and other tools for process optimisation and automation.
Contribute to building a strong team dynamic so working together is fun and everyone thrives.
Significantly drive continuous improvement, transformation and efficiency into current reporting and analytics processes, including driving self-serve ability across the organisation.
Understanding of cloud data analytics technology stack and their application in data management and automation i.e., Fabric, AI, Lake.
About You
3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Skilled in Power BI
Skilled in data modelling and visualisation
Skilled in Power Platform (Flows, Power Apps)
Skilled in programming and queries (SQL, Python)
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders
