At the moment we’re on a thrilling modernization journey of one of our most central solutions, and to support this journey, we’re now looking for a Data Manager who is passionate about data, technology, and automation.

What kind of geek are you?

At Scalepoint, we have an outstanding Data Management Department that collaborates closely with Procurement, Shop Support, Product, and our team in the DACH region. You will be part of a dynamic setting where teamwork thrives, and everyone is dedicated to providing the best product data for our solutions and customers. Beside yourself, the team consists of our department head and three colleagues. Other Scalepointers describe us as fun, engaging with a somewhat quirky humor. As a key player in our team, you’ll be the guardian of our product data, shaping the future of our catalogue structures, and driving the automation of our data flows. Here is what we’re after:

• Data Collection: Experience in gathering and validating data from external sources.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of tech industry trends.
• Automation: A problem-solving approach to data obstacles, with a focus on automation in Alteryx.
• Database Management: Experience as a database superuser or administrator.
• Languages: Fluency in Danish and English is essential.

As a person you bring a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset, paired with a self-driven and structured approach. You’re not afraid to engage with external suppliers to solve and improve dataflows. If you excel at analyzing problems, and enjoy optimizing processes for better results, you’ll definitely thrive in this role.

What to dive into

• Collect, validate, upload and maintain product data.
• Assist Procurement in validating and setting up new data feeds from new or current suppliers.
• Automate dataflows in Alteryx.
• Correct and maintain metadata for improving best fit.
• Optimize and simplify data management processes.
• Maintain category structure and attribute types for higher match rate and best fit.
