Lead Data Analyst

Currently, our Consulting Department is looking for a Lead Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses; ensure data integrity and consistency
• Develop and manage ETL processes for accurate and efficient data integration; ensure smooth data flow for analytics
• Analyze data for product performance and customer behavior; conduct A/B tests, develop strategies to improve key metrics and marketing ROI
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI; ensure they provide real-time insights
• Lead a team of data analytics experts; collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely

Requirements

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst 
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with data warehousing solutions
• Expertise in data visualization tools
• Experience in product analytics tools
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets
• Fluent English (C1-C2)
