Software Engineer, AVCV

Scale’s emerging products are some of the fastest-growing in the company's history. We are looking for great entrepreneurial Full Stack Engineers to help us grow further and can bring in good technical fundamentals.

We are looking for a Sr. engineer with experience managing teams and great communication skills to ensure the success of our project and our clients, which are leading companies in AI and driving disruption in autonomous driving, robotics, AR and VR, among others.

Are you naturally biased towards breaking problems into their composite parts, advanced ability to prototype MVPs quickly, and have a pragmatic and entrepreneurial profile? We are looking to hire you!

You will:

• You will own the success of our 3D labeling tooling as well as our operations toolkit for semi-autonomously managing tens of thousands of labelers.
• You will communicate with new and existing customers to understand their needs and research new ways to accelerate their AI projects, such as improving the quality of our labels as well as entire new use cases across many industries.

Ideally, you'd have:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong technical written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, Node, HTML/CSS, and MongoDB/SQL.
• Excited to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast paced startup environment.
• Ability & comfort taking architectural decisions autonomously and proactively.
• Prior startup experience.

Nice to have:

• Game development and/or computer graphics experience.
• Experience as a tech lead.
• Founder experience
