So, what are the main responsibilities of the Advanced Analytics and ML Engineering Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As the Advanced Analytics and ML Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models and solutions. You will lead a team of analytics engineers and decision/data scientists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advanced analytics and ML projects that meet client needs and solution to their problems through advanced algorithms and statistics. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management, and technical leadership. You will leverage your technical expertise, experience, and communication skills to work across various business & technology teams productionize innovative advanced analytics and ML models and applications. 

Your technical knowledge and ability to apply them, will be paramount to your success in this role and Focus (but not limited) on the design and implementation of Advanced Analytics and ML solutions to multiple Business Units (i.e. Public Sector, FSI, E&U, Retail, F&B, Health etc) applications and projects. Specifically, you will design and build end-to-end Advanced Analytics and ML models pipelines by developing and applying creative solutions that go beyond current tools and collaborate with DevOps and MLOps Engineers to deliver scalable, reusable, extensible and flexible predictive solutions.

As an Advanced Analytics and ML Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of ML engineers, and DevOps/MLOps specialists to design, develop, and optimize Gen AI architectures tailored to specific use cases and business requirements. Collaborate with data scientists to drive the end-to-end implementation of ML prediction models, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

As the Advanced Analytics and ML Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of advanced analytics and ML engineers and decision scientists.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced analytics and ML projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Provide technical direction and support to the team, ensuring best practices in advanced analytics and ML model development and deployment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in advanced analytics, ML and AI, and integrate new techniques and tools into the team’s workflow.
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of advanced analytics and ML models and solutions.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Decisions Science, Operational Research,  Computer Science, ML Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
• Experience with Predictive and ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods
• Experience in DataBricks,  AWS Sagemaker and/or Azure ML.
• Experience on implementing CI/CD practices to ensure continuous integration and delivery of Advanced Analytics (prescriptive and predictive) and ML solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Monitor and manage the lifecycle of deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards
• Strong leadership skill with ability to influence the thought process and drive alignment
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Self-motivated and highly driven individual who can thrive in ambiguous requirements

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Knowledge on digital twin engineering and solutions.
