MAS Legato is the Shared Service arm of MAS Holdings, currently focused on Finance and HR and looking to expand into more functions within the organization. Our inspiration comes from the possibilities that efficient shared services - the cornerstone of a future-ready organization - can create for an enterprise.                            

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Legato team as an Associate - Data Analytics to assist with project designing to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes for the organization in order to enhance the business value preposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
• Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collect, filter, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on-time.
• Collaborate with other functions in order to provide predictable analysis in identified areas.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in order to schedule FD Reviews and share and follow up the meeting minutes with the attendees.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to fully understand and resolve service issues.
• Launching customer satisfaction surveys and analysing the results to come up with relevant actions to be taken to improve the same.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• At least 2—3 years of work experience in operations
• Analytical mind with high learning agility
• Degree in Statistics, Finance or Computer Science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Experience visualizing/presenting data using PowerBI tool
