Job Description

We invite you to bring your experience in building Workday reports in play as you will create standard and customized reports in Workday for HR requirements and discuss with stakeholders and clarify any questions related to reporting. To succeed in this role, you must have created reports and dashboards from Workday and have experience from a similar role in a large, global organization and solid understanding of Employee data structure stored in Workday.

You will join our Data & Analytics team

As one of our new Workday Data Analyst, you will be part of a team of skilled professionals tasked with creating and maintaining Workday based reports and dashboards.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Accountable for the analysis and fulfilment of ad hoc reporting requests (providing existing and creating new reports in Workday)
  • Able to plan and create detailed report / dashboards, working with agile methodology.
  • Support in projects with field mapping, field definition, and system and/or business process designs
  • Accountable for driving the use of self-service reports and dashboards
  • Accountable for the set up and management of all standard/scheduled Workday reports
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project team, other teams to better support and optimize our HR reporting processes

  • An undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience with report generation based on Workday data.
  • Knowledge in Workday platform includes multiple functional tasks like Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Recruiting & Talent
  • Knowledge in HR business processes
  • Experience in Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries – both standard and custom

  • Good written and verbal communication skills – excellent English is a must
  • Passion for providing excellent support – including ability to manage expectations effectively
