We are on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Manager of Integration and Data Architecture to join our Solutions IT vertical within Global IT. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to lead and build a team that excels in optimizing data integration and data architecture strategies. You will manage integrations across several internal and external systems, working closely with both IT and business teams to create robust, future-proof solutions that propel our organization towards long-term success. If you have a visionary outlook, a solid grasp of data integration tools, and a knack for ensuring data accessibility and reliability enterprise-wide, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Guide and develop the Integration and Data Architecture team. Establish clear team goals and KPIs in alignment with our broader organizational objectives. 
• Architecture and Design: In collaboration with various teams, oversee the design and maintenance of scalable and efficient data architectures. Design integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between different systems and platforms. Define clear integration requirements, dependencies, and flows based on input from other teams and partners and hand this over to the development team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and business counterparts to meet their data needs and ensure integration projects align with business requirements. Lead cross-team efforts to develop integrations between internal systems and external customer and partner systems.
• Innovation: Keep pace with industry trends and innovations in data architecture and integration. Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to foster continuous improvement.
• Data Governance and Compliance: Enforce data management practices that comply with internal strategy and standards, ensuring data security, reliability, and accuracy.

• Actual experience with the phases of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
