About the Role

Automation COE team’s primary objective is to drive efficiencies across various teams in NZ - CSO at the Bengaluru Service Centre and collaborate with other functions in-countries and Service Centers on larger transformational initiatives of the bank. The team is focused on delivering value through application of AI, RPA, Process Modelling, Data Analytics and so on. The team design and delivers various training and learning initiatives for service center.

This role ensures success of assigned projects in the Bengaluru - GCC that require workflow automations through and powerful data visualization using Tableau. This will involve extensive technical solution designing, planning, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. The role drives business performance by implementing projects to deliver significant cost savings and revenue growth.

What will your day look like?

Financial: 

• Work with the Operations Teams on projects that deliver business benefit and efficiency.
• Manage a suite of change projects to deliver on target to time, resources, scope & quality.
• Manage & implement change management projects; apply project management principles & governance as appropriate.    

Customer: 

• Ensure projects assigned are delivered within agreed timescales.
• Prioritizes projects based on customer centricity and financial benefits.

Process: 

• Design, describe and manage the solution engineering.
• Drive operational improvements related to increased efficiency and technological enhancements.
• Incorporate relevant risk and compliance controls into processes & project activity.
• Document existing site, design and solution to a high standard conforming to ANZ Process Bank standards. 
• Document new requirements to a high standard, ensuring transparency and understanding by requestors, and other support team members. 
• Design and deliver relevant, easy to use and impactful visualization solutions. 
• Eye on quality and efficiency
• Participating and conducting various activities/initiatives in NZ - CSO
• Consistent and reliable execution 

People:

• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve team goals.

• Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes, and awareness of regulatory and legislative requirements.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience with Teradata SQL, database design, and data warehousing concepts. 
• Experience in the use of Jira, Confluence and Git
• Data Integration: Develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into Teradata, using Teradata utilities like FastLoad, MultiLoad, FastExport, and BTEQ.
• Expertise on Python
• Expertise on Tableau 
• Understanding and Hands on experience in Agile ways of working
• ITIL and Release Management 
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired. 
• Proven Project Management Skills 
• Good team player and ability to adopt quickly to changing requirements.
• Ability to co-ordinate with teams in on offshore and onshore
