Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing sales and

performance data to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and improve overall performance,

contributing to the growth of the inflight sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

● Extract, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

● Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for

optimization.

● Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand based on historical data and

other relevant factors.

● Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams,

helping to optimize sales performance and minimize waste.

● Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools for ongoing

tracking of key metrics.

● Collaborate with the operations, product development, and planning teams to implement

data-driven solutions.

● Continuously improve data collection methods and analysis processes to enhance

decision-making capabilities.

● Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science,

or a related field.

● Strong proficiency in data extraction and manipulation using SQL.

● Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or

similar.

● Exceptional analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive

actionable insights.

● Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data.

● Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to both technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good to have:

● Experience in data analysis within the aviation or hospitality industry.

● Knowledge of demand planning and optimization models.

● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model.
