Summary:Anaconda is seeking a talented Director of Alliances to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
WhaYou'll Do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive co-sell partnership strategy for ISV and GSI partners.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISV and GSI partners to collaborate and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies and programs to support co-selling initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all co-sell related activities.

  • Develop and manage co-sell performance metrics, ensuring progress towards revenue targets and other program goals.

  • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of co-sell initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners and Anaconda Sales team to ensure successful co-sell engagements.

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership growth

  • Collaborate with multiple groups (enablement, education, sales, engineering, marketing, product management, and partners) for all things related to the partner 

  • Ensure relationships between Partners and Anaconda are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Anaconda to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success

  • Organize and manage partnerships to include identifying, tracking and completing key milestones for the partnership and fulfillment of any activities and deliverables 

  • Help facilitate partner feedback into partnerships programs and throughout the organization 

  • Built Repeatable Pipeline by translating good ideas into customer opportunities from joint partner efforts, and activated sales teams to qualify and drive these opportunities.

  • Foster exceptional people skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders from leadership to the field.

  • Drive a passion for co-innovation and a track record of bringing new ideas to life through collaboration with partners.

  • Have a strong familiarity with Modern AI/ML and Data Science Stack

What You Need:
  • Built a ISV/GSI program from the ground up before 

  • Strong technical and technical sales background

  • Understand how our product integrations and cosell opportunities work today and could work in the future 

  • Ability to effectively communicate in a remote work environment

  • Ability to project manage across multiple partners and across different teams internally 

  • Able to collaborate internally with stakeholders and influence without authority

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience

  • Are great to work with, collaborate, and champion the team to success 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Set goals, track and evaluate the progress of partnerships, including metrics on sales, revenues and product usage, reviewing with executives regularly.

  • Hold regular business reviews with the partners and internal teams 

  • Collaborate with teams company-wide to connect partnerships to larger goals.

  • Create and execute innovative plans to elevate partnership potential, increasing long-term revenue and future-proofing the strategic direction of the partner.

  • Oversee go-to-market activities with partners and internal team to ensure maximum awareness and on-time delivery.
