We’re actively seeking a talented Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Newport Beach, CA; Omaha NE; Lynchburg, VA or remote for the right candidate (depending on location).

This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

How you’ll help move us forward:

  • Provides support for the life product intelligence function through comprehensive research and analysis of the company's markets, customers, competition and/or product mix.

  • Specific tasks include:

    • Maintain multiple benchmarking dashboards to dynamically compare competitive and sales metrics.

    • Providing reverse engineering support (illustration deconstruction) of competitor products.

    • Conducting stress tests on new product designs.

  • Deep Dive – Competitive Assessments

    • Assist in conducting comprehensive competitive assessments.

    • Support annuity deep-dive assessments as needed.

    • Analyze competitors, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.

    • Provide strategic insight that can inform our product development, and pricing and market strategies.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

  • College level math skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Complex problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI.


What makes you stand out:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau a plus.

  • Experience with Turbo, Python, SQL and Alteryx  a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$73,170.00 - $89,430.00
