Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Integration:

Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.

Design and implement data integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik, Power BI, and other tools to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.

Data Modeling and Transformation:

Design and implement data models to support business requirements and analytical needs.

Transform raw data into actionable insights through data cleansing, normalization, and manipulation.

Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modeling:

Conduct statistical analysis to uncover relationships and correlations within the data.

Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends and outcomes.

Data Quality Assurance:

Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.

Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

You are a part of

We work directly with our cross-functional and cross-discipline partners, including marketing, clinical specialists, service personnel and R&D, to deliver solutions through the execution of PDLM, Lifecycle, and Solutions Processes, with deliveries that exceed our customers' expectations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in data analysis and visualization.

Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.

Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
