Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering the analysis, development, and implementation of predictive models to enhance promotional strategies and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and domain experts to ensure that our solutions are not only innovative but also grounded in industry best practices.
 
Requirements: 

• Understands a problem statement and implements analytical solutions & techniques independently with independently/proactively/thought-leadership 

• Works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company/client data to drive business solutions. 

• Conceptualizes, designs, and delivers high-quality solutions and insightful analysis and has the ability to work with noisy and incomplete data 

• Conducts research and prototyping innovations; data and requirements gathering; solution scoping and architecture; consulting clients and client-facing teams on advanced statistical and machine learning problems. Collaborates and Coordinates with different functional teams (engineering and product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes. 

• Delivers AIML based solutions around a host of domains and problems, with some of them being: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modeling, Churn Modeling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Modeling Response to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization 

• Expert level proficiency in at least one of R and Python. 

• Creates efficient solutions to complex problems. Strong skills in data-structures and ML algorithms. 

• Experience of working on end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations (Power BI), monitoring and maintenance. 

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms 

• Good to have – Experience in supply chain, Streamlit      

Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $59,000 - 106,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
 
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
