Who You Are
 

Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to bring the next phase of digitization to the collectibles industry? If so, look no further! TCGPlayer is looking for an Operations Program Manager to help lead Roco Robotics. 

We're looking for an Operations Manager who will partner closely with the Director of Engineering to deliver the next generation of integrated hardware and software solutions for digitization. You will take charge of production, customer support, and account management, championing best practices in design for manufacture and service. Your leadership will be essential in building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
 

In this key role, you will oversee the operational functions of Roca Robotics and work alongside Roca R&D and TCGplayer Sales & Marketing to align efforts and achieve company goals. We're seeking someone who can leverage their operational expertise and financial acumen to navigate the evolving robotics industry. Cross-functional collaboration will be vital, as this role requires frequent interaction with eBay and other external partners, including partnership development, to support a comprehensive digitization roadmap and drive synergies between TCGplayer and eBay, as well as solutions for enterprise customers.

The Impact You Will Make Here

  • Drive business growth by effectively managing team leaders and individual contributors across production, account management, and support functions

  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration with TCGplayer and eBay, maximizing the potential of Roca's sales, marketing, accounting, and legal efforts

  • Enhance performance insights by developing and analyzing key metrics, promoting transparency and tracking the impact of various initiatives across teams

  • Inform development against Roca’s product roadmap, driving tight collaboration between manufacturing and design to ensure products are designed with supply chain and manufacturing in mind

  • Spearhead cross-functional efforts to optimize and improve Roca’s business systems and processes, driving operational excellence

  • Drive goal-setting and career growth for the Roca team, both for individuals and functional areas
     

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience), in a business or technology-related field

  • 8 or more years of experience in a product leadership or management positions

  • 5 or more years of experience in a technical field related to robotics, automation, or manufacturing

  • 4 years of experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members

  • In-depth understanding of the robotics or automation industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities

  • Must have experience with Google Workspace Apps and project management tools like Monday and Jira (must have experience with at least two of the following: Salesforce, Zendesk, SQL, Tableau, Metrics Dashboards, Data Visualization) 

  • Ability to work from or relocate to Longmont, CO

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in Colorado, California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$130,000-$160,000
