Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understanding Business Requirements
• Designing the data model
• Designing and Developing BI Reports and Dashboards
• Developing visualizations that provide actionable insights
• Involved in data extraction process
• Ensuring data is clean, accurate, ready for analysis
• Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in Dashboards and Reports
• Validating data and implementing quality checks
• Identify trends, patterns and provide insights that help drive business decisions
• Train end users how to use dashboards and reports how to interpret data, make data-driven decisions
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure to ensure it’s up-to-date and running smoothly.
• Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices to leverage them effectively.
• Ensure appropriate access controls and data protection measures are implemented
• Experience in data engineering tools on Azure cloud

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required.
• Having 8 – 12 years of experience in leading team of Power BI developers
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI and other data tools.
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork to collaborate with the team and business stakeholders
• Expertise in SQL for database querying and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom calculations in Power BI is crucial
• Good understanding and work experience of working with ETL, Data Model
• Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in Dashboards and Reports
• Need to have excellent attention to detail to spot errors or inconsistencies in data and correct them
• Converting raw data into meaningful information by creating interactive dashboards and reports.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data modelling.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools.
