If you’re an excellent communicator with a passion for empowering business innovation, this is your opportunity to stand out! We are looking for a committed DWH/BI specialist to support our customers in their Cloud & Analytics transformation projects.

What you will do:

•            As a DWH Principal Consultant, you will be trained on processes and/or products as required and preferred by you. E.g. Oracle BI, Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Big Data, Oracle/Exadata, BI Apps etc.

•            You will work in an international team together with DWH/BI Architects to deliver the High Value DWH/BI solutions, based on the best practices. 

•            In time, you will acquire autonomy and independence as you gain experience. 

•             You will support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the Oracle BI / ETL /DWH products and related processes.

•            You will work closely with other teams and departments (e.g. Development and Sales/Presales).

•            Design and document solutions to standardize, automate and satisfy requirements. 

•            You will be the positive mindset & a great team player who will drive success for our customers.

 

What you’ll bring

Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity. We also look for:

•            Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

•            Experience in BI / ETL / Data Warehousing / Reporting space: design and/or implementation.

•            Experience with the relevant tools.

•            Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL.

•            Database performance and troubleshooting experience will be an advantage.

•            Knowledge of Oracle products will be an advantage.

•            Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be an advantage.

•            Master’s degree/ University and or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Management related domain. 

•            High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement-orientation.

•            Ability to travel as needed up to 50%. 

•            Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.

•            Willing to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist team wherever needed.

•            Excellent organization and time management skills.

              English and Serbian advanced language skills

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
