Job Description:

Join our Enterprise Asset Management Team, where we focus on managing, protecting, and optimizing our IT assets through data-driven insights. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding the structure and relationships within asset management data. Your insights will assist in developing solutions that enhance business processes

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Some development coding experience is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI, ServiceNow CMDB, Flexera, or Axonius is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the data technical resource on multiple projects.
• Gain a deep understanding of asset management business processes and related data.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources.
• Process and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills working with multiple groups and priorities
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze outcomes and recommend short- and long-term strategic solutions.
