About the Role

This role is responsible for enabling and preparing reports & business intelligence, to support business operations and requirements. Reporting is descriptive - financial information or information about business specific processes or requirements, using reporting tools (eg Qlikview,Tableau).

• Sr. Data Visualisation Analyst in the Visualisation, Reporting and Systems team / Non-Financial Risk Framework, Tooling and Insights (nfrFIT) / Group Compliance / Group Risk. 

• Gain experience in operational risk systems and various data visualisation, data capture and automation tools.

• Develop a sound appreciation of all aspects of Compliance and Operational risk.

What will your day look like?

Visualisation, Reporting and Systems is a team within Group Compliance responsible for providing Business Insights, Visualisation and Reporting solutions, ‘Run the Bank’ & ‘Change the Bank’ services for Non-Financial Risk Systems leveraged by Operational Risk & Compliance teams across ANZ. 

This role will primarily deliver on key Non-Financial Risk initiatives, enables all reporting and systems support services to be delivered by meeting SLAs and quality standards, and contributes to the delivery of ongoing changes and enhancements to data visualisation and reporting solutions in scope using a structured prioritisation process, meeting requirements and stakeholder expectations. 

The role will maintain partnerships across risk teams, transform data collected from various systems and databases using visualisation tools to allow stakeholders to discover insights and drive better compliance and operational risk decisions. 
 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 8-10 years of Visualisation, Reporting, Delivery, Change Management or related technical experience. 
• Dashboard development experience using data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau is Mandatory.
• Experience in GCP, BigQuery, Sql, Data Analysis, data modelling, ETL tools such as SSIS is an added advantage.
• Coding experience for automation and data analysis using tools such as Python is an added advantage.
• Service Now development and dashboard building experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to solve complex problems and evaluate system enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
