Our client is hiring for a full-time Senior Solutions Architect to join their growing Knowledge and Data Services Sector. You will be part of a team working on knowledge, information, data, and AI solutions to solve complex problems, including enabling the organization, categorization, storage, and distribution of content and data (structured and unstructured) across various systems, applications, and platforms. Their Solutions Architects have the flexibility to design enterprise architectures for their clients that challenge the status quo and dare to imagine what the future of knowledge, data, and enterprise AI could be.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and structure content and data to support knowledge management, ensuring information is easily discoverable, reusable, and maintainable
  • Design and integrate complex solution architectures that connect systems for creating, storing, and distributing organizational knowledge, including search engines, data platforms, content management systems (CMS), taxonomy, metadata management, and graph databases
  • Lead strategic architecture while guiding Project Manager on aligning technical solutions with strategic needs, identifying and communicating risks, and optimizing knowledge management, business outcomes and ROI, for client organizations
  • Lead the identification of technical and business requirements, and design validated solutions for enterprise application
  • Develop semantic data and metadata representations and design pipelines for data flow from one system to another

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience architecting and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions in cloud/hybrid environments, following DevOps best practices
  • Must have hands on experience enriching unstructured data with metadata
  • Expertise gathering and elaborating technical requirements related to content/data management systems, and other related technologies
  • Experience using visual diagramming tools to convey logical and process architecture diagrams

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Understanding of security best practices and technologies and how they can be applied to provide authentication and authorization
  • Familiarity with major cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, including their services and solution deployment capabilities
  • Experience architecting solutions leveraging FedRAMPed technologies and secure Federal environments
