Get to Know the Team:

The Jabo Strategy and Planning team oversees and responsible to drive growth for both the GrabFood and GrabMart businesses. We help realize Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering essential everyday services that resonate with consumers in Indonesia. Our main focus is on developing business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community. We ensure a seamless user experience by connecting the right partners with the right users, driving demand for GrabFood delivery, dine-out services, and GrabMart through targeted campaigns, while also ensuring that food is delivered by our driver partners to our users.

Get to Know the Role:

Within this team, you will emphasize business intelligence and leading GrabMart growth, where you will take ownership of impactful analytics work that enables Grab to make informed, data-driven decisions and stay ahead of market competition trends. Additionally, you will manage GrabMart growth projects and long-term projects for Deliveries, guiding them from conceptualization, strategising, and execution. You will report to the Strategy & Planning Manager. You will be based in Jakarta, and work in hybrid arrangement.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

• Business Intelligence: Develop and manage all data and dashboards related to the GrabFood and GrabMart businesses in Jabo. Conduct in-depth analyses of data to identify projects and support informed business decision-making.
• Competitor Intelligence: Oversee competitor activities, including campaigns, pricing strategies, and product offerings. Provide insights on market trends to ensure we remain ahead of other players.
• GrabMart Demand and Supply Management: Lead projects to enhance GrabMart demand through promotions. Manage the supply of driver partners, oversee stakeholder project management for new product launches, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or data analytics. A degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience in tech companies.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, PowerBI, and other dashboard/automation tools.
• Project management skills with the ability to bring programs to completion and has the initiative to work around ambigous situation, desire for learning, have an open mindset to understand new concepts, and exhibit curiosity
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights
• Embrace new challenges and changes, have an open mindset to shift from long-term plans to immediate tactical action.
