What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement AI algorithms working with raw sensor data for various domains and modalities (including medical imaging) to extract insights directly from raw data and improve reconstruction

• Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated simulation methods to build realistic raw signal datasets for a wide range of modalities

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to integrate raw signal to insights solutions into product development pipelines, driving real-world impact.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree with a proven record of delivering products.

• 8 plus years of research and/or sophisticated product development experience in medical imaging or other related domains, with a focus on raw sensor data processing.

• Hands-on experience developing GPU-accelerated simulation methods, including performance optimization and scalability.

• Proven ability to collaborate in the creation of innovative solutions.

• Strong familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, etc.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in robotics or surgical vision systems, applying advanced AI techniques to assist in healthcare procedures.

• PhD or equivalent experience in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience with physics-informed neural networks, demonstrating the ability to build models that incorporate physical laws into AI predictions.

• Proven track record of developing GPU accelerated simulation tools.

• Publications at top medical imaging conferences such as MICCAI, IUS, etc.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
