The Data Talent program

You will enroll in the three-year Data Talent program (offered by the Data Talent Factory) designed for rookies to advanced engineering and integration programs, but also for the most experienced professionals.

At all stages of training and development, we are laser-focused on solving real-world problems, delivering measurable business value and building strong leadership and communication skills.

Within 3 years you learn everything that is needed to create value with AI and how to create end-to-end AI solutions. The program offers an integrated course portfolio covering four key themes:

• Machine Learning & Statistics: Building and optimizing various types of (advanced) algorithms, implementing model performance management and knowing how to apply AI responsibly.
• Data & Technology: Creating automatic data feeds to your model, operationalizing your model in production and setting up a cloud environment.
• Impact & Opportunities: Applying a structured approach to identify opportunities within your company, designing a change approach and understanding essential business applications.
• Leadership & Change: Strongly visualizing and structuring a data-driven message, to manage the process and interact with stakeholders.

Who are you?

• A data-driven professional – whether you're just starting out or have up to 5 years of experience in Data Science or Engineering.
